Roger is a local mental health advocate.  He currently serves as vice president for the Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick.  He is an active member of several advisory committees to provide support, guidance and education for mental health care, including the suicide prevention committee, the UNB strategic patient orientated research operational group and the Provincial center of excellence for youth management group.  He has worked on the province's mental health strategy and action plan and has spent time in Ottawa assisting with the national mental health strategy.

The Work Rooms are career resource centres developed through a joint partnership between PETL & the local School Districts to address key challenges facing school to work transition, unemployment and strategies to build a successful career. It is open to all students as well as the general public. We provide career resources, workshops, seminars, and information sessions. Our computers are available for the public to access job sites, develop resumes, and utilize assessment tools designed to assist with career development.
